On Wednesday 10 May 2023, Two people were taken to hospital as an Ambulance seevice vehicle and car collided in #Nottingham.

Nottinghamshire police said: "We were called at 11.26am to the #A60 in #Carrington after a collision between an ambulance and a car.

"Two people travelling in the car have been taken to hospital. Thankfully their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening at this time. The road easclosed and diversions put in place."

The incident occurred near the Lidl on #Mansfieldroad in Carrington.

I would put money on the car driver failing to see the brightly coloured ambulance, with blue flashing lights, probably making a lot of noise, then pulling out right into it's path.
