Sorry for the few instances of my mic cutting out slightly. Barely slept and just woke up, apparently I wasn't using my outside voice 😂

To me this is pretty good when you're playing as void but could be great if you are playing as another element so it allows you to use those debuffs that your void team members are making

I feel like this would be really strong when in group content with all members on void constantly debuffing enemies.

For the warlock build it kind of does matter which aspect you use since you cant charge suppressor grenades so using chaos accelerant would be a waste

The Collective Obligation Pulse Rifle appears to be a random drop from within the raid, similar to how the Eyes of Tomorrow rocket launcher for Deep Stone Crypt or Vex Mythoclast for Vault of Glass were random drops.

I LOVE that the new exotic weapons are EXOTIC. Different mechanics, shooting etc.

Now that I think it, it would work great with hunter. You can use a royal entry with mobius, fire one volley, rocket, then fire the pulse at the weakened boss. Then fire a second volley then use the rocket again. Considering that Hunters have more survivability with invis nonstop, you can apply the void debuff from the leech safely if it can leech off the debuff effects from Mobius or deadfall. Making it synergize even more in high end content so hunters can apply debuffs even after using super with ease.

I can already see Collective obligation procing off other Collective obligations and being able to constantly cycle all three.

A lot of the exotics lately seem to be shoot to gain X thing with the gun, then activate it to do big damage then back to normal. I'd like to see the next few exotics truly be completely different and bonkers. Kinda like Jotunn or Devil's Ruin. Just intrinsically fun and different. And not so much focused on giving you buffs

Leeching volatile rounds would be helpful in end game content where you run out of volatile rounds from wells or the fragment, so it’s kind of a “pocket” volatile rounds. Definitely the weakest of the three still though

I feel like this would be a really cool world drop or maybe even a quest exotic but as a raid drop it kinda feels a tad bit lackluster

Still a cool concept tho

I think after the initial hype settels down it will end up as a "nice to have, but not meta" weapon in end-game content. Yes, spreading void debuffs everywhere is fun, but if you don't run a void subclass its kinda meh and I think insta champion deletion via the worm-launcher or arbalest is still much better (especially since champions cannot be blinded)

Seems like it will be good in several encounters in the raid. Really enjoyed watching you all and funny that flesh got the exotic lol

Pretty niche gun for a raid weapon though. Not a big fan of it but interesting concept to say the least.

Oh coool! Would’ve been awesome to have a clan with clanmates that didn’t drop out after a couple hours at Caretaker, or that don’t clique up into one Fireteam for everything….

This gun synergizes so well with void Titan. With just single grenade you can leech all three debuffs.

Grenade - Suppressor
Mods - Suppressive darkness (adds weaken) Alternatively; fragment for weaken, but stat hit.
Aspects - Controlled Demolition + any
Optional fragments - volatile on grenade kill, and devour on orb pickup (refreshes mag every kill)

This build will do very well in endgame content as you could also run overload nades to stun a champ, apply all debuffs, shoot gun and leech, kill champ w/ other weapons, and move to clear adds with a busted primary.

Note: you only need one bullet to hit while a debuff is applied to leech that specific debuff. Ex. Volatile won’t be applied for long as the detonation is damage triggered. You only need one bullet to hit while volatile is applied to have the circle fill up on the gun’s reticle. If you manage to get to a full charge even without shooting another ad with volatile, you will have the debuff on the next time you activate the perk.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk, have fun with the build fellow Titans!

It definitely doesn't look like it'll be worth the exotic slot. I mean if you're using a similar build you're throwing grenades all the time anyway and those debuffs are already always up. Using this feels redundant and not really worth it.

the dots on the right side of the gun represents what buff is active on it the one furthest from the middle circle is supressing, the middle one is weakened and the closest one to the middle is volitile

Broo i saw your run, you really made a great job, im sorry for every crash and bug in every try, but congrats for keeping pushing and doing the best you can (and you where the carry of the team most of the time, that was really nice)

For the three indicators on the ads hud, the top one represent suppressed, the middle represents weakened, the bottom represents volatile.
