If the blue screen says bad_system_config_info this can help you.

First go to command prompt and type: bcdedit/deletevalue {default} numproc and then hit enter,

and after that write bcdedit/deletevalue {default} truncatememory and hit enter.

After this type exit and press enter, and then restart your pc!

This worked for me and i hope it can help someone else
