There is very little records on Carthage, most of what there is being from the Greeks, because Rome burned the whole city, including their records. But, fun fact, we know about Carthaginian religion because of a Christian scholar from the medieval period who set out to debunk it and prove it was false and Christianity true. The source he used on their religion has been lost, but his writing survived
