Some nice shortcuts there. I really REALLY wish solid inspector was part of solid tools. And add Cleanup in there as well, these are super useful and basic tools.

It gets tricky when you want to make minor adjustments- change roof pitch, add a room or wall etc…
I found SU great to set up a comprehensive house design, but tricky to adjust.

Trimming from solid tools is a much easier process

TIGs Extrusion Tools have a tool called "Extrude Edges by Vector to Object" for this task too.
