This is the first video in our Family Engagement Series. In this video, we explore emotional regulation with students of all ages, from Pre-K through high school. It’s designed to guide parents and caregivers in building emotional connections with their child, recognizing their emotional needs, initiating conversations, and implementing strategies to help them regulate their emotions. We’ll also define what emotions and emotional regulation truly mean, and why they are essential in supporting your child’s well-being.
