fun fact: the author of jojo’s originally developed the power because he liked the the challenge of drawing faces peeling off like pages and figuring out how those shapes would move in 3d space. its fun to see julia have to do the same thing on the fly

My first drawfee episode was crazy pose school and I’d like to go on record and say that was simultaneously the best and worst starting episode ever because although the episode is quintessential drawfee, Julia introduced herself as Nathan followed by everyone else also becoming Nathan and it took me many episodes to disentangle everyone’s actual identity from that initial confusion, especially Julia

Kite's ability feels like something he came up with genuinely as a kid or ironically as a teen and now he hates it but since nen powers get better the more restrictions you give them he's stuck with it. The more he genuinely hates it the stronger it gets.

The episode where Julia first drew Heaven's Door was the first Drawfee episode I ever watched, so this one gave me probably the strangest nostalgia I've ever experienced
