Every casting choice that people freak out about has pretty much always knocked it out of the park. Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Heath Ledger as Joker, Anne Hathaway as Catwoman, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Pattinson as Batman. The list goes far back, even Michael Keaton as Batman people were like "MR. MOM AS FUCKING BATMAN GET OUT OF HERE" and he killed it.

Tbh, since Bale none of the batmen have been bad in any regard. They are all different batmen.

Bale was brilliant ofcourse, but Affleck played the old batman perfectly well too. Robert was also good, it was a refreshingly different and more "human" batman for sure.
