Your summer bbq’s best friend!
Ingredients included 1/2 small head of green cabbage, 1/4 small head of red cabbage, 2 small carrots, peeled, 3/4 cups mayo, 1.5 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp fine salt, 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper and 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley. Toss the dressing with the veggies, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavours to meld together. #Coleslaw #ClassicColeslaw #CookingInParadice @BrevilleCanada
