500g boneless,
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
2 teaspoons garam masala
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 cup tomato puree
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
Salt to taste
Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, black pepper, ginger, and garlic. Add chicken pieces and coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until they become soft and translucent.
Add marinated chicken with the marinade to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
Stir in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add heavy cream and butter, stirring until the butter is melted and the sauce is heated through.
Season with salt to taste.
Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Serve with rice or naan bread. Enjoy your butter chicken dude😊
