Shadows of Change DLC Backlash - The end for Total War?

The community as a whole is outraged over what we are seeing from Shadows of Changes from the Price to Content to Lack of Reworks.

Total war franchise is in crisis, whether you like to believe it or not. The current crisis exist, because of multiple reasons. Overpriced DLCs, like The Shadows of Change is unfortunately, only one of them. But we can’t deny, this DLC started the entire issue, which we got in the last couple of days. Mass negative ratings on steam page of the Warhammer 3 are prime example on, how people are fed up of this overpriced DLC policy, pushed not just by SEGA and their CA underdogs, but also by all major AAA companies...

Death, no. Enough of a shock to cause change, hopefully. But if this year has shown anything, companies and corporations are willing to die on the hill of nickle and diming if it mean completely destroying their customer base, and games workshop and CA have shown to be those kinds of companies.
