I find it ironic that so many shooters lost their lunch over the size and weight of the Blackmagic URSA when it came out, but nobody ever comments on the size of these Alexas. That thing is huge lol. Looks cool though. Can't wait to see some images with these Arri lenses.

Heh Arri could have pulled a camera just like this already in 2010 (when first Alexa came around) :D They are milking the same sensor technology without really needing to do any crazy overhauls.. they've done the color right and dynamic range right from the beginning. Whenever the Alexa look gets boring I'm sure they will release an Alexa 2 which is sitting somewhere on a shelf together with Alexa 3 and 4 becuase in 8 years, you definitely must have done some amazing iterative experiments and prototypes (with all that money Arri made they can fund futureproof R&D experiments).

What a disappointment, i don't want a 4K LF sensor, I want a 4K S35 sensor, can't wait for vignetting on normal lenses. What a stupid idea
