This is a bonus clip from my recent chat with Jan Runkel, the bass player of Symphonic Metal rising stars Elvellon! No, this is not a first time reaction to Ghost Love Score or anything like that, but Jan shares how Nightwish and Floor Jansen have influenced and inspired Elvellon!

Nightwish is THE reference of sympho metal. Floor is the queen, of course we'll never forget Tarja, but Floor has this warmth, this connection to the crowd, that Tarja hadn't. The duet Tuomas - Floor works wonderfully !

Shame I had to look up the band name in the info page, as I had no idea who was getting influence from Floor and Nightwish. Should have been in the intro to the guest. I guess this is a snip from a larger interview?

I still do not understand why Nightwish exists only on youtube. I have never heard them on the radio, seen any videos on TV or seen any of their vinyl or CD's in the stores in the US? This is just weird.

The title is a bit ironic as floor couched zoe Federoff from catalyst crime

Forget the stores they are useless. Go on line. Nuclear Blast, Amazon, Chalkys etc etc.
