The presentation of facts about I.Q. will always get people ducking, diving, denying, and searching for alternative explanations. Anything to avoid acknowledging that I.Q. tests accurately measure a human trait that correlates highly with various life outcomes. They don’t like fever, so they blame the thermometer.

Yea. Not so sure the outcomes are so great for those with REALLY high IQs…

His point of view is controversial whereas it's somehow narrow-minded.. There might be plenty of highly intelligent individuals but haven't discovered their potential yet due to poor luck. IQ is not a solely factor for success, prosperity or health. Besides, I wouldn't know what IQ has got to do with one's health either. You could have a high IQ but still suffer from a chronic disease. There is no such thing as ''Health Quotient''.

Does he even tell the truth or fool us? I have never heard of a such radical viewpoint about someone's IQ. So does that mean when you have an average IQ, should you surrender to a 9 to 5 job and waste 45 years of your life? Will that determine your worth, health, success? No, absolutely not. Life is full of endless possibilities and you can still achieve a high degree, a prosperous life and so on by working hard. YOU ARE capable off understanding things. All you need is passion and motivation.

No matter how high your IQ is, you still have to work towards your goals and even harder. He portrays a high IQ as a superhuman power.... Like... I am actually astounded yet very shocked:

-Bearing disgust
-Immune to PTSD
-Cancer free




And there is also.. ''to be a lion'' (which means be dominant and that only depends on the circumstances or else you'll put yourself in trouble. Ever since he gave an absurd opinion on the palestine and israeli conflict with: "Give em hell" ; I started to loathe his whole attitude. Go and read more about such topics. Use multiple sources of knowledge. He is not the only psychiatrist/psychologist in the world like an omniscient. That's what happens if you only rely on a single source of knowledge about something... or him.

The three best indicators to be "healthy, wealthy, and wise" are conscientiousness, IQ, and being raised by both biological parents. I got lucky being 2 standard deviations above the mean for all 3. It has resulted in having a very easy pleasant life. I know that there is nothing that I have done to deserve this I was born into it. Life is not fair.

most people judge high IQ with the size of their wallet, obviously it is a factor but not always, good thing is i don't have a high IQ cause there is alot already going on up their so don't need to over analyze more, ty for that

So he’s basically saying there is no more basis in the testing for IQ than what we perceive about those having tested higher or lower on IQ tests… Luck! Divinity! Strikes of Lightning! Entitlement! No none of those matter either. Money flows, comes and goes, to some but not those… Boats and Hoes!
