Coin Roll Hunting New York Penny Boxes, Part 1
In this video, I will be roll hunting a box of pennies (from New York State) hoping to find valuable pennies... This will be part 1 of a two-part Penny Hunt.
I will be looking for old Wheat Pennies, pennies from the 60's and 70's, any Indian Head Pennies, and of course any errors and varieties we may find (especially ones minted in Philadelphia).
I want to thank Randy Demers for sending me the boxes in trade!

Let's see what goodies I get!
Keep hunting and good luck!
They're still out there for us to find!

By the way - I sell my custom Coin Roll Hunting Mats on my website or on eBay (see below):

Just got a box of pennies with 63 wheats from 1909-1958. All the years! And it had some teens mint marks! 1910 S and 1914 D were two that I did not have in my book. And I found them!

Nice finds...last week my daughter and I found a 1909 wheatie and an 1898 Indian head...the 2 oldest we've ever found in hunts..

I am in upstate NY also and that is a typical wheat cent count for me also. That box was light on Canadians. I get 30 to 50 typically. My copper is usually 20% to 22% of total. Batavia is near Buffalo so I am surprised at light Canadian count. Look forward to other two boxes!

Awesome ended! Got to love 14 wheat cents in a box!

Living in the TriState area, it seems like all we get is Philly minted! Definitely gives us a heck of a hunt with all those different varieties.

All fourteen wheaties were plain dates. We knew the majority would be given how far it is from Denver and much closer to Philadelphia, but I found that interesting even with the two 1969-S Memorial cents in the box.

I live in New York and there are a lot of varieties to search! But it is still fun🥰

I miss hunting penny boxes been 8 years since we had any up here. But it is so much fun watching you hunt them, it's like I'm doing the hunt myself. Thanks Rob!!!

Last night I went through $10 in penny rolls and I found a 1918 wheat cent—and I’m also from New York! Just today I found a 1964 Canadian young head penny.
