If Anakin was never found on Tatoinee then he would have lived his life as a slave until being freed. He would have become a successful podracer and had a mediocre life. He would never be found as no one goes to Tatoinee.

Nope. The whole reason Maul even ends up on Tattooine is because the queen’s ship lands there and they call Naboo to try and reach Sio Bibble against Obi-Wan’s advice. The Sith KNOW they are on Tattooine as show in the scene with Sidious and Maul. They didnt guess. They didn’t use the force either.

I wonder what Anakin's life would have gone had he not joined neither the jedi nor the sith. Would he dare participate in races with the car he'd built? Would he grow into a skillful mechanic, save money and eventually buy out his and his mother's freedom? Or Owen Lars would've purchased and freed both slaves (and thus Anakin could get a step-father)?

I doubt that Maul would bring young Anakin to Sidious. Let alone someone with the potential of the choosen one..
Even if he did it like in this story, Maul also is familiar with the Rule of 2 and he would try to bring Anakin on his side to kill Sidious with him together..
Also its unrealistic that Maul would bring Anakin to Corusant. The Jedi would feel his enormus force potential and soon try to spy on Palpetine why there is a boy like this on his side..

Without Dooku, they won't have access to the jedi temple to delete kamino's information and "Syfo Dias' order" to create clone army wouldn't pass
