Brad, you've found another brass, employee numbered tool tag. As a young machinist I was issued a handful of these tags, employee number 440. When borrowing company tools from the cage or "tool crib" you hand the crib attendant your "tooltag" in exchange for the tool you need. The attendant hangs your tooltag in the place of the borrowed tool. Thus easily keeping track of which employee has which tool checked out of the crib. Glad to see you doing better!

That license plate and I were both 'born' in the same year. Sadly, I think it's in better shape than I am! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Brad that Stetson sign is valuable. I know u gave it to landowner but for future reference thousands of collectors would line up for that kinda item

Good morning Brad good to see you looking and sounding better. In reference to the Stetson hat advertising plate that you uncovered. My granddaughter works for a western store in Cheyenne Wyoming. She sells the Stetson hats yet.

Stetson Hats continued to be made through Biltmore in Guelph Ontario, having driven by their factory often in the short past.
