After pressing F12, there is a button to the left of the inspector tab "Pick an element from the page (Ctrl+Shift+C)" the shortcut being for windows. If you click it and then on an element on the page, the inspector goes directly to what you clicked, making it easier to spot the .swf

Couldn't you just click the Inspect Element tool to find the code source?

Right-clicking the video and inspecting element takes you directly to the link

You should also be able to go to the network tab and just search for .swf file, on chrome you might have to reload the webpage while the network tab is open
