DOES LEGO HATE GOATS?

I have wondered since coming out of my dark age, where are all the goats at? Why has Lego only had them in one set? Does Lego hate goats? I ask these questions and get answers! Take my hand and come with me as we find justice for these goats!

Maybe Disney needs to make a movie about goats 🐐. LEGO would make a goat then. Over the past 2 years I’ve noticed that the aftermarket price for the goat has halved. I think people stopped paying the ridiculous price or $200

They should make goats! They have had plenty sets that they could have included a goat or two just in the past year. I feel like it would be worth it to lego because some fans are crazy enough that they would buy a set just because it has a goat. I feel like they will have to give in eventually to the fans.

I've said this before.... if Disney wanted LEGO to make a plastic goat, LEGO wouldn't bat an eye and make a new goat mould and bring the goat out for that particular Disney property.

I've seen articles from Lego designers that says that they don't use the go anymore because the mold was cracked and could not be fixed. The cost to make a new one was too high. I know one of the reasons their molds are so expensive is because they're like 100 of a millimeter accurate.

Lego get a slice of every ridiculously priced goat bought from bricklink given they own it, so maybe that's a factor in their decision not to bother recreating them.

perhaps you could make a homemade mold out of one of those expensive goats, and make goats out of clay or resin, as stand ins for the time when real ones get made again.

abit of Castle/Kingdoms history there, I am impressed.... Mate did you know there is a chain for the goat on the back of that Jurassic Park T rex break out, that really is saying FU to the Lego Fans!!! I think this is the biggest cop out reason ever and I dont believe it... they can make new molds all the time, with the Big castle coming, lots and lots of farm sets and the JP set also, this year the Goat should have made it return with a new mold!!! the amount of sets the goat (COULD) come in would pay for itself over and over!!! (Its only a Goat???? but its triggers the hell out of me!) Soz, Rant over hahaha ;)

Why not just buy a LEGO compatible 1 for like $2? If LEGO don't want to make them, there are plenty of other fish in the sea. "Blind faith" to a brand is what allows then to treat fans poorly. "Kit bashing" is common in every other hobby but a scared cow in the LEGO world. That's kinda crazy isn't it?! Are people who put non lego lights into their cities somehow cheapened by the experience?! What about non technic motors because control+ is such an expensive nightmare to work with?!
