That last part.... JL's face and when Britney said, " she has the devil in her eyes".... Made it sound like a cheeky little compliment but she actually meant what she said and JL knew it.

Also, you didn’t show it, but there is a moment when Britney is called to the stage, her mom uses both hands to kind of push B to go walk up. It showed me how controlling her mother feels about B. What mother pushes an almost 40 year old daughter to collect an award?. It was like she was signaling to everyone how she owns Britney and like she was allowing B to have any success. It rubbed me wrong.

2:33 Brittany's mother constantly sang towards her & stared into Brittany 's eyes. She was guiding Brittany's behavior. Every daughter got that message, "behave!"
