How do you managed to do occlusal adjustments incenteic reation i wasn't able to grasp that point i mean by use of bur and handpiece you grind the part of that tooth?

Hello dr, you didn’t explain what do we need to do to relief the pain of the patient, after I mount the casts on the articulator in centric relation, where teeth are not touching each other what is the treatment for this pain the patient is having ?
