Questions to ask your Realtor when Selling

Thinking about selling your home? Are you going through the process of Interviewing agents or Realtors to sell your home or list your home? If not, you SHOULD BE! PLEASE, Interview your agents!!! Not sure how or what to ask them? Here are just a few suggestions:

- What time do you have available? How do you communicate?
- What Data do you use and what are your stats as a Listing Agent?
- What services do you offer?
- How much do you charge? - A BIG part of this is testing their negotiation skills and willingness to work with people. If they can't negotiate THEIR OWN PAYCHECK, how well can they negotiate for you during the transaction. But if not negotiating at all means losing the deal, both parties may lose... Lot's of things to consider here, of course.
