No Java Virtual Machine found | While starting eclipse | Quick Fix

This video helps you to fix one of the basic errors that we get while starting eclipse i.e. No Java Virtual Machine found.

that is meant to change the configuration setting for eclipse.

Open the file in notepad.
Under VM parameter, check the path specified.
Since we can see that there is not such path that exists. We will go to the actual path. Copy the path URL.
Paste the path and save the changes.

Now try opening the eclipse.
You can see that now it opens up perfectly fine.

It is three years after you uploaded this video but you just saved me from having a mental breakdown and questioning my choices in my course of studies.
I spent an hour trying to figure out all these posts in various forms and I knew I had to change something about the path, but it still didn't work, whatever I did. Just to now finally figure out that the mistake was that the first guide I followed told me to download the .exe file and not the .zip. Because I didn't know what else to do I now decided to download the .zip file, because I saw that your java had folders and mine was just an application. And after I followed your steps I could finally start eclipse.
I'm posting this long comment in case anyone else made the same mistake as me and is aswell slowly losing hope :D

It is worth noting that if the -vm flag is not already present in the .ini file, it has to be added manually. Thanks for the video!

Thank you very much! Went on my bank for something and it deleted some sort of JAVA that I was using for my Eclipse. Thanks to you, I got it working again.

But I have a question :

Why the line containing :
"-vm
