The 2019 Houston Lecture featuring Andre Picard

The Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy was pleased to welcome André Picard, award-winning author, health columnist at The Globe and Mail, to the University of Saskatchewan campus for the second annual Houston Lecture. Mr. Picard's talk, Canada's Mental Health and Addictions Crisis & What They Tell Us About The Need To Build A True Health System, was held on December 2.
