To fully disable a program from the net, you must block both the inbound and the outbound of the program. The outbound is the info that is going out from the program and the inbound is the info coming into the program from the source of the internet.

Attention i want to disable an application internet connection there is tick mark option in windows defender firewall setting which says allow an app through windows defender firewall. Now the question is should i tick on a unknown app or remove the tick?

I try to click advanced settings but it says these files cannot be opened your internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened. And no I cannot also even fix it through security custom level option. I'm blocked from doing anything! Is my laptop screwed and there is no way to fix this especially if I can't even do run or command options

Thank you what i noticed was that my windows firewall was of because danm Mcfee was controling it!
Finnaly i can listen to my songs, its been weeks.
