Multiverse theory is no longer just a part of a good sci-fi story. There are now some scientific theories that support the idea of parallel universes beyond our own. However, the multiverse theory remains one of the most controversial theories in science. Today we’ll find out where the edge of our Universe lies, if the multiverse really exists, or if it’s just a philosophical concept Let’s take a closer look!

4th level... "...when we say entirely different, we DO MEAN... " this was indeed a very piercingly powerful observation

Shot in the dark here but I figured it can't hurt to ask. Around the 2:07 mark in the video, during the quote from Mr. Hawking, does anyone have any idea what the name of the music being played in the background is at all? Found it quite relaxing and would like to be able to locate it. Appreciate any help in advance.

@9:58: What?! No! The collapse of the quantum state does not kill the cat. The cat is either already dead or still alive, and we don't know which until it's observed, and that observation collapses the quantum state.

[sigh]

Were you reading a script? You sound like you know what you're talking about until you flub something as basic as this.

For fun imagine that you are a living cell within your "body universe". As a scientist, from your perspective within your "living universe", you would eventually figure out that your origin was of a singularity, and then nothingness. However, from your perspective inside the universe, you would have no idea that, far from "nothingness", your origin is the natural function of the interaction between physically existing "body universes" that pre-existed your own, with a family tree that goes back indefinitely. Likewise with the Universe, our view is from inside the body. We also infer our existence back to a singularity and then nothingness. If the Universe follows the example of our living body, we would expect the origin of our universe to be a function of the interaction of other universes that pre-existed our own and which our universe exists in relation to...

Odd. A narrator with a central Texas accent speaking with the vocabulary and syntax of a midlands Brit. Just what universe IS this, anyway?

In Hindu religious text there are many references about multiverse. For example, Goddess Saraswati traveled with her devotee queen Lila to the other universe where avtar of Lila was not a queen but a poor brahmin housewife.

I agree… to a point. I think possibly, there could be more universes out there but not “parallel” as in the sense of “there’s another me”. “They” would look different, act differently, and BE different. Not the same “humans” out there. Don’t believe that would be possible with the infinite amount of differences that would’ve happened in their universes “time” … that should be simple but people still believe in parallel universes…. LOL

In the Double Slit Experiment the photons act differently depending on whether they are observed or not. It's kind of like a play on Schroedinger's Cat Experiment imo. Lol

This was a heck of a lot of spherical theoretical conjecture, looped and bifurcated around a ham sandwich with the words "Don't Panic" written in ketchup on top.. But I enjoyed the postulations as a divergence from the norm.

Is it possible James Webb can find more information and Image about Kepler 22B Planet that more scientists say this Planet is possibly habitable for life??? In your idea, this Planet and work on it aren't beneficial rather than Mars???

If this forensic analysis is right, then no one will ever convince me, saying, there is no creator who made all this. Something actually, smarter than us made all of this and they seem soooo perfect..
