How To Open a Jar Lid in 1 Second!

There are other methods using elastic bands, rubber gloves, hot water etc.. but this method, for me anyway, seems to work great.
I've used this method to open a hard to open jar for years. It's very simple and doesn't rely on strength. The only thing you need is a cutlery knife.

There's also a tool called the JarKey that you can get for about $6.00. Works much the same way by simply breaking the seal. No damage to the lid at all. I keep one right next to the stove in the spatula caddy so it's always handy. One of the best kept secrets around!
