My father is a german actor and he played a lot of bad guys and evil characters. (Iago, Macbeth for example. But also a few Nazis.)

He has this ability or talent to scare the living crap out of you.
Sometimes he would make me cry just by the tone of his voice and his choice of words.
And then he felt bad about it.

He’s the most generous, caring and loving person I know and the best father I could have asked for, he wouldn’t harm a fly but I can understand why he gets those parts more than the „good“ guys or heroes.
