Vox seems to like aquatic animals, that room where he first appears has a giant aquarium with sharks around it, this meeting room too, even his assistant is a sinner who looks like some kind of fish.
That's ironic considering he's got a TV head and electric powers, that don't go well with water, but it's also a neat detail
