Crysis 3 Ending

Alcatraz got royally screwed in this situation

If you read the "Nanosuit Logs" in the game, you will find out that the suit can assimilate the personalities, so the original Prophet did die, but you could say that a copy of his mind was preserved. Alcatraz' personality was "corrupted" during crysis 2 and Prophet's took over Alcatraz' body. Through the years the suit and the human body combined and became as one, that is why Prophet managed to modify it to make it look like it's original self.

Nomad, along with Jester and Aztec, is dead. If you read the comics, it explains how he lays down his life and saves Prophet and psycho from an RPG after theyre attacked by CIA agents who were getting revenge on Prophet for past actions he committed.

So basically it's Alcatraz's body with the nanosuit melted onto the skin with prophets mind controlling it and now he uses the suit to look like himself again-Mindfuck

Not a plot hole as the other guy replied. In Crysis 3 if you pause the game and go to Story Information there are nanosuit logs that look like software error logs. One of them is about a personality named Alcatraz, and it was damaged (I would assume after the events of Crysis 2) and was unrecoverable, so Prophet's personality took over. There is nothing left of Alcatraz, or of Laurence Barnes. There is only Prophet left, some sort of human/ceph/nanosuit hybrid.

not really. the suit somehow preserved prophets personality and spirit, and alcatraz's mind was wiped out for some reason.

He used prophets suit and at the end alcatraz mind was gone and prophet took over so it was still alcatraz body. The reaosn why he probably looks like prophet in this clip is you can see the suit can reshaped him. his face was evidence of this

So something I never understood....

Lawrence killed himself in the beginning of the second game after he grabbed some random soldier (you) out of the water and put the suit on him.

So what happened to that guy? Did the suit just assimilate him?

This ending kind of left a whole lot of loose ends.

I checked the crysis wiki is says alcatraz and prophet minds merged so prophet and alcatraz are the same i guess

I can't understand that profit died in crysis2 and gave his suit to Alcatraz but in 3 Alcatraz thinks himself to be profit, but here in the ending we see that Alcatraz was no where there because this what we see is profits body ....
Or may be nano suit transformed Alcatraz to profit ... Wtf
