I've found out more about Greenland in the last month watching this lady than I have in my previous 48 years on earth 👍

Norwegian here and I just have to say Greenland looks so much like Northern Norway. It's uncanny. The mountains, fjords, snow, the red/colored houses, the slanted roofs. Heck, even the stones are the same due to our shared past as the base of the Caledonian Mountain Range.

Although we haven't had any real connections since 1814 I think of Greenlanders as some sort of arctic half-sibling.

Even though it’s cold over there, you can tell by this channel, that the people’s warmth exceeds it.

In Finland most people are officially Christian as well, but most don’t actually really believe in the Christian God, instead church is more seen as a place of community and socialising, not so much as a place of faith. This is because for a long time Finns lived scattered around the extensive Finnish forests, so you’d be very unlikely to encounter anyone from outside your family during most of the week, except for Sunday, when everyone would convene at their nearest church, where you’d then finally be able to talk to other people. And tradition still persists, all of my relatives were baptised, but none, except for like 2-3 very old ones, are actually religious - but most of them still go to church every now and then.

She's so real for speaking her truth on this channel. Her audience is most likely of Christian majority and she still has the guts to say she's pagan

I am a Roman Catholic and practice my faith consistently. When I am on holiday, I am always on the lookout for a church with the possibility of attending Holy Mass. I read that there is a Catholic church in Nuuk with a dedicated parish. I am looking forward to visiting it one day.

Thank you for sharing this aspect of Greenland and yourself! I love that you honor your cultural traditions. I'd also love it if you'd make a full length video about how your spiritual traditions inform your work and life as a modern woman. 💚

Sister, I love this. As a Mexican descendant practicing native spirituality I love to see this move to ancestral customs, even if we don't have their exact customs to learn from anymore we can still learn from their beliefs and incorporate them.

If you have gods, may they bless you. If you believe in spirits, may they protect and treat you kindly. Either way, be good and be well, Sister. <3
