For the first problem isn’t it -25x not 9x because 17 is -17 so if you follow the rules it is -25

Hi,
In the first minute, the second equation:
(7x - 8 - 11x). 7x is a positive, and 11x is a negative
+7x - - 11x : two negatives equal a positive, I am pretty sure.
Therefore 7x + 11x = 18x
Therefore 18x - 8 is the solved equation.
Correct me if im wrong.
