In my experience, those racks rust like crazy so you cant even wash it after you use it on the eggs

I've always used a pastry cutter. You can do a small bowl of eggs in a matter of seconds.

If u want smaller chunks use a kitchen siv and if u want fine powder you can force it through a coffee filter

what i do is use an old can with a rigid top and smash the eggs with it

Use a grater…takes an egg down in 5 seconds.
