The issue with the flat pan is that the garlic will always be on the bottom of the pan and it will burn turn brown and become bitter. I think maybe instead use the garlic chopped peppers and ginger to infuse the oil and then remove them before adding the rest of the ingredients and return them to the pan just before you finish. About 10 pieces of napa cabbage. Sauté in 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp oil - was too dry.., 8 garlic, 1 tsp corn starch mixed with 1 Tbsp water.

I ordered this from Whole Foods, but the picture differed. The picture was what I’d had prior. This…was a mystery. So thanks for sharing your recipe. Maybe I’ll try and enjoy it.

That was so quick and easy. Very good recipe and I do not like vinegar. However, the vinegar enhances the flavor. I used one tablespoon of vinegar and it was perfect!!

I think you put soy sauce in at 8:16 or so I think you put soy sauce in the dish but you didn't mention it. I think you should have put the soy sauce in the starch slurry!!
