My favourite is leafy greens. You will get nutrient poisoning well before you reach your calorie needs from something like spinach.

Heck, you can even get more than enough protein from cucumber. I would get 1.6g of protein per kilo of body weight if I ate 2500 kcal of cucumber. The catch? 17kg of cucumber is a lot.

Rice and beans is pretty much the perfect combination to get protein. I add tofu in dishes a lot, drink soy milk, eat veggies like broccoli, spinach, kale etc.

I eat way too much tofu and mock meats. I don’t think I’ve had a bean more than once in the past month lol

I’ve always wanted to eat vegan for ethical reasons 😢I believe many others agree but I don’t know how to properly adjust my daily diet . Therefore, please share more videos to help educate those of us who rather eat vegan 🙏🏻

The volume of vegetables, legumes and grains it takes to get the normal daily amount of protein for the average adult human, would have you bloated and uncomfortable the entire day from all the starch and fiber.

No, high protein kills.

And also, why are u worried about protein deficiency when nobody anywhere stuffers from it. Unless they don’t eat enough calories. But then your deficient in many things not just protein. NOBODY EVEN IF THEY JUST EAT WHITE RICE CAN BE PROTEIN DEFICIENT. But that’s ok keep thinking you need more.
