Use both literally. Theres times where both become very useful! Big gross movments are easier with arm movment (takes one arm/mouse swipe vs 3-5 mouse pickup and flicks/swipes) and wrist is great for fine adjustments, flicks and recoil control. Both have pros and cons of course just like everything in life hahaha. Plus, its just better all around to get compfortable with both! Makes you that much better then the next guy but also, just makes you a BEAST!! Hahahaha jk but good video brotha

I use higher sensitivity on movement speed but low sense for ads. So fast movements are wrist and ads is arm.
