I think they are written as a money grab. The plots are unoriginal, the characters are flat, and the smut in it never fully fits in the scenes. And not to mention the awful messages in them.

Colleen Hoover's books got me out of my reading slump so I can't complain with that. I liked her books (at least the one's I've read so far). There are people who likes her books while there are others who don't. Deal with it.

No, she is a good writer.
REALLY.
She is just problematic because her stories revolve around major abuse and she doesn't know how to deal with a plot like that sometimes.
PPL hate her because it is a trend
