I want to thank you so very much for your easy to use tutorial. I am a 64 yr old female with no 'put it together' desire or experience. I had no one to help me drag the heavy boxes upstairs and had no one helping me with the project. But when there's the find a way. I feel so proud of myself to putting the piece together by myself BUT, I certainly couldn't have done it with out you. The paper instructions were very difficult to understand, BUT you made it super easy. I made a few mistakes, but backtracked your video and figured where I went wrong. You are a genius. Help. The top two drawers won't come out. Seems like it is locked. Drawers went in the first time. Did the last step exactly how you showed, I flipped the locks to insert the drawers and now the top two won't come out. The bottom one does only. Please help

Did everything on this video. I cannot close the top drawer! All screws are flushed. Our model is like the previous video without this new black locking mechanism. What are we doing wrong?
