Anime characters are definitely absurd.
Like the previous video, this video is strongly influenced by Jojo and kimetsu no yaiba (demon slayer).

I’ve met a guy who acted just like that, no joke. I was practicing my Japanese on vrchat and that guy joins me and another guy I was talking to and he actually spoke like the anime character in this video, it turned out he learned Japanese because he was a weeb and wanted to watch anime without the need to wait for subtitles, so naturally, he chose to learn the language by watching anime. Had a good time talking to him, but I just couldn’t stop laughing lmao

Fun fact: The greeting heard at 0:52, ojamashimasu, literally translates to, "I am disturbing you." Despite its seemingly rude nature, it is actually a very polite greeting to use when visiting somebody.

This could honestly be a great slice of life comedy anime, one friend is really down to earth and blunt, the other friend has “middle school syndrome” and is super detached from reality.

Must've been hard to act as the shounen protagonist, props to the actor, he did an amazing job. It was cringe when it needed to be, and he went overboard on everything. I love it.
