I always prepared everything the night before. So in the morning I just get up and dressed.

Went out the other day, thought I had everything. Was about an hour into my ride and I got a puncture. No biggie, I thought, until I realised I had everything but tyre leavers . A kind stranger gave me a hand getting the tyre off, he used his bare hands and brute strength. Thankyou 🙏.

I’ve now put them in my seat post, with a cork stopper in the bottom, on the advice of a friend. I’ll just have to remember that’s where they are lol

Sound advice. When I was preparing for an Audax, I was always going through an items checklist, stored in my supplies box. Also, no matter how short the ride, always take spares!😁

I always take a Battarix with me on all my rides no matter how short the ride is.
