I so enjoyed your video Sir. You have made me hungry !! Love the traditional old time cooking. I'm 50y and use to watch my grandma grind her own corn mill also. I still have her mill. Looks almost identical to your. now looking forward to getting it out and putting back to use. Makes the cornbread so much better than store bought. New Sub here.

I recently purchased a bean pot identical to the one your using from an auction. Can you give me any ideas on who made it? Mine has no makers mark but has an sx8 on the bottom with a gate mark clear across the centre of the bottom.

Sir, this vid is 10:29 long. You might let all the beginners out there know that it takes about two hours to cook pinto beans. Your vid is a bit misleading.
