Actually the main reason is that windows sucks, especially the latest iterations, and all its updates. The only way i can use my pc at all these days is re-installing an older version of windows 10. Before it updates, everything runs just fine, after it updates, everything goes to shit and i start getting all sorts of bluescreens. Idk why i 'upgraded' to windows 10, its so trash in absolutely everything

I have just struggled with this issue, but after painstakingly going through all the possible issues it came down to a quick fix, After doing the memory diagnostic It stated I had hardware problems so I removed my XMP profile in bios and then tested again, but this time there were no problems so I was contemplating on pulling out all sticks and testing each one to see if I could just get away with replacing one rather than all of them, then something twigged to check the voltage but in the bios it was set to auto, so for peace of mind I knew that my ram should be at 1.35v so that's what I set it at after re-enabling the XMP profile and then I re-ran the test and no problems at all and no longer any BSOD.

solution 5 its says here xperf is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

I fixed the issue. For me MSI Afterburner/Riva Statistics was causing the problem. After uninstall everything is fine again. Hope this helped

Nothing has worked. The blue screen only appears when I access the Xbox cloud gaming service in any browser. Which is strange because the game is in the cloud, not on my PC. When I open games installed on my PC, the error doesn't occur.
I don't know what else to do.
