Heat Transfer Vinyl : Subli-White Film on Cotton T-shirts

How to Sublimation transfer on Cotton T-shirts using Subli-White film
Subli-White is a cut vinyl-like material on which you can Sublimation transfer and cut and heat press on Cotton T-shirts. It gives vivid and vibrant images on your garments.

A. Subli-White paper back - Cutting by scissors
1. Materials : Sbuli-White paper back, Sublimation ink printed image paper
2. Load Subli-White and place Sublimation ink printed image paper
3. Heat press at 195-200C for 25-30 seconds for Sublimation transfer
4. Cutting the design with scissors.
5. Load the cutting onto the garment
6. Heat press at 150-160C for 8-10 seconds

B. Subli-White PET back - Cutting by plotter
1. Materials : Subli-White PET back, Sublimation ink printed image paper
2. Plotter cut the desired design in mirror image
3. Weed the design
4. Load the cutting onto the garment
5. Heat press at 150C for 6-8 seconds
6. Peel off cold
7. Place cover sheet to prevent contamination.
8. Please sublimation ink printed image paper
9. Heat press at 195-200C for 25-30 seconds for Sublimation transfer
Remarks : Even you use a cover sheet, it is recommended to use this transfer for dark ground color garments.
