Before the first April 2024 patch, the game ran beautifully and smooth. After the first April patch, the game runs at 15FPS..essentially unplayable. I have tried changing every setting, even reducing graphic quality. NOTHING. I have contacted the devs twice...no response. I was really enjoying the game but I cannot play it until they fix the issue.

My game suddenly dropped 20-40 fps. I used to get 90 on ship and around 70-80 ingame. Now its 55 on ship and it tanks to 40 ingame. Its ridiculous. All my other games run the same so its not a pc issue.

bruh the game has had this issue even before this patch the dev has barely mention this problem, ive had this problem from march the game itself has utilization issues when i play with msi afterburner up you can see how my GPU usage goes down and my CPU usage goes up and my FPS dropping at the same time, it just gets worse with every new patch anyways finally i see alot more people talking about it but for now i uninstalled the game because of this sadly. PC specs: Intel I7 12700K, ASUS RTX 4070 OC, 32GB RAM 3600MHz.

Was playing yesterday and was all good, today after latest patch on missions game is fine but when returned to ANY ship, fps TANKS to the point its almost unplayable . Anyone else have this ?

Me & my husband just bought Helldivers 2 yesterday and were having this issue. Stuck to 27-30 FPS.
We ended up refunding it before the 2 hour limit because it was hurting our eyes to play it at such a low fps.

I did notice something, but idk if its the cause. Whenever I would set the FPS limit to 144, if i clicked on it again to adjust it, it would snap back to 30, as if it had never saved our changes. I don't know if that's the issue or a design choice, but unfortunately until this is fixed, we will not be able to play this game.

27 low fps? i wish i'd get that much. i used to run it on 120fps but now when the fight starts i dont get more than 5fps...

I have a technically a gaming laptop which has the RTX 3050 Ti (laptop GPU) and which I just bought the game today and it works terribly because my fps is at 17-33 and the sound with my AirPods comes in and out which makes it even worse and now I’m refunding it sadly. Can anyone help?

I have 4080 and game constantly freezing and crashing. Fps dropped from 200 till 10-30

I put all the graphic options to the minimun possible and still on 30-32 fps

I play horizon 5 pretty well but this game its just unplayable

i have 4070 laptop and have the same problem. After turning on async and put my fps limit to 40 fps it was playable again

lol they didn't fix the grenade glitch at all, i still managed to activate it despite having 10fps now

Hope they'll fix it soon. The game is unplayable for me right now. Constant stutter and fps below 30 all the time. Everything was fine before the patch

same issue here with 4090 and 7950x3d. stuttering, freezing and fps around 30. used to be like 120 frames
