My man!! I've searched a few YouTube videos on this subject. Your 3-3, 3-3 method is perfection!! It's 9-26-20, my wife's birthday, these were the BEST pork steaks I've grilled so far!! They came out tender, juicy and delicious!! Thank you, thank you and thank you!!!

Looking good! I just tried it out my self and they turned out great! I had actually changed the times too 4:00 mins instead of 2 because mine had cooked longer but they turned out so juicy and good thank you for the video!!!
