Dallas – Soak up the southern charm in this Texan city. Here you’ll find a mix of modern edge and wild west roots; check out the best of Dallas.

Welcome to #Dallas, also called “The Big D,” part of the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metroplex of 6.5 million people.

Whether you’re looking for arts, technology, or culture, a Dallas #vacation has a little bit of everything. Stroll through the Dallas Museum of Art and the Nasher Sculpture Center to take in their creative works, followed by a trip up to the top of the Reunion Tower for a breathtaking view of the city.

Dallas #sightseeing must include the underwater passages of the Dallas World Aquarium. You can also scream your way through over 100 rides at Six Flags, or explore the history of the cowboy way at Pioneer Plaza.

A fine Texas day comes to an end with steak, dancing, and mingling with friendly locals who have hearts as big as the state itself.

I miss Texas now. We used to live in McKinney, visited my cousins in Houston. My son used to play hockey there. He loved to go to Six Flags. We visited JFK Museum too. Oh I loved & missed the shoppings & restaurants out there..those were the days. Now can’t travel anymore due to pandemic. Thanks for sharing. Thank you Texas!

Being from Houston, I travel frequently to Dallas and it's a Texas city with a New York City Flair! Go to Uptown Dallas, Downtown and Victory Park and you'll notice it quickly. Beautiful fast paced urban city that's surrounded by large suburbs. I love Texas!!!!

I live in Dallas and absolutely LOVE it. The thing about Dallas is that it's no tourist trap, but there's a ton of cool stuff here. The thing is, you need to know a local to really be able to experience them.

i guess most people differ from the definition of being boring. That's why people are constantly arguing. Some people think a cup of tea and reading on the bench by the pool is just fine while others feel like the city never sleeps is more lively.

Dallas is a great city with many cultural sights with some elegance of a big city with the cost of living is really hard to beat. "Silicon Prairie".

It's not exactly in Dallas, but the Fort Worth Stockyards is something that you need to visit if you come. It's only like a 20 minute ride from downtown.

Who misses West End Market Place? I lived in Dallas in the mid to late 90s and that place was awesome!

I was raised and born in Dallas and let me tell you it is by far one of the best cities in the USA you just have to look in the right places to have fun. Because let's be honest going to all the main attractions are nice but the real fun is in the hidden jewels

I love Texas. Everyone in Dallas has trucks. Also, its very sunny. Dallas metropolitan is GIANT. Dallas is 30 MILES away from Fort Worth, that is huge. No wonder the population is so big. I've been to Dallas 2 times and it was so fun. I've been there for a wedding and a Cowboys game on Thanksgiving Day.

I went here in March 2018 for the 1st time in my life. Visually it's an awesome-looking city, but most of the people there aren't friendly in my opinion. I even saw on some website (can't remember the name of it) that it's ranked fairly high in the most unfriendliest U.S cities. So if you go to Dallas for a visit, make sure you know someone living there you can spend time with. I went alone. I don't enjoy being alone, but I was so tired of being stuck where I'm from, and wanted to temporarily escape the cold weather there. (the Chicagoland area)

I see a lot of people down Dallas especially the people who live there, I also live in Dallas. Dallas is definitely different from other cities, but it’s also most definitely not “boring” or “lifeless” it’s a great place to go with friends and family it’s also really pretty and there’s so much to do. I’ve been to a lot of states and I still would never move to another city, it’s a fast paced and and fun it’s old but modern at the same time and one of my favorite places to be. If you’ve never been to Dallas definitely come it’s so pretty and fun and worth your time. :)

The arts district is my favorite part of downtown Dallas. However I will admit that this city's biggest feature is the insane amount of places to go shopping or dining.

Whoever said Dallas was a desert city? The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is very green with numerous parks and beautiful botanical gardens.
