Awesome video! That is a Thomas C2 bus. My district just bought one a few months ago and I even got to get a video of it on the last weeks of school.

I drive this exact same model of school bus (Thomas Saf-t-liner C2 Jouley) and I love it! Our fleet is 133 buses and only 4 of them are electric, but we expect to get more over this summer. The kids love the electric bus since it’s so quick, quiet and clean! The few times, when I’ve had to drive a diesel bus while the electric bus was getting maintenance, the kids would incessantly ask when the electric bus is coming back 😅

Not enough power generating capabilities to power fleets of these. We'll need 100 new nuclear power plnts in every state!

Once every bus is converted to electric, a lot of school is going to get canceled because they forgot to plug in the bus

Ev buses = waste of money. When simple school bus trip takes 5 extra days just to charge. Instead of a 6 hour bus trip. So now your school trips expenses just tripled because instead of driving the kids to and from their trips, they are now stuck with taking public transportation and their lives are more in danger.

I guess no one though about this.
