I know this won’t work for everyone’s house but depending on the set up you have going on, I have next to our shoes a hair station for my girls, I get their shoes and coats on and do their hair real quick pony tails, matching bows, whatever and we’re out the door. Its convenient and they still are put together by the time we get to where we’re going. 😂

Put a basket at the bottom of the stairs to put things in that need to go up stairs. When it gets full, then, take it upstairs!

I am an adult and also store my socks by my shoes. I used 2 bottom parts from the boots boxes, inserted in them bottle dividers from wine boxes (cut them to the height of my boxes). Each cell is for one pair. In one box I store light summer socks, in the other - thicker ones.

3m command clear containers are great--I have one attached to the inside of the door to my game cabinet. I don't really bother to empty it. When the kids play a game and realize pieces are missing, they know they're likely in the container. More likely than not, after they've finished playing, the pieces end up back in the box.

Here is one for you….get clothes and shoes out the night before…everything together…and if you have time set it up on Sunday for the whole week. No more running around looking for stuff. Being organized all of the time makes life easier. I was a sahm when my kids were babies. I kept a change of clothes and a toy for each child along with snacks in my diaper bag at all times. Upon returning home from outings I always took out used items and added new items…I had 6 kids and I never had to run around looking for things
