Not trying to be that guy but how is the cpu usage more on the newer cpu and alot less on the older cpu. In theory the older cpu should have more usage because it's slower per core and newer is faster so the newer cpu should in theory have similar if not less than the older ones usage. Knowing it's in 4k, it's gpu bound at that point and shouldn't even be this big of a difference for just one generation leap. Please do correct me if I'm misunderstanding or something.

That's impossible the gpu is at 95% load on the 5950x how can it be getting 2/3 the framerate of 9950x?

Notice how on the 9950x his frametimes are so up and down that it makes it look almost like an inch think line then what it susspose to look like, about a mm thin line that has some spikes and dips. There is no way nothing fishy is going on, this is just another of already a bunch of clues that point toward something is going on, something most foul.

Why are you running GPU limited benchmarks? If GPU usage is at 100% this tells us very little about the CPU performance.

В биосе будет настройка АВТО разгон. Нормально будет с авто разгоном?
Просто для такого процессора не трёх копеечного хочется выбрать саму лучшую ОЗУ.
