"Yangire" is a pretty good word to describe Mumei's character, IMO. Yangires tend to be immensely cute and quirky on the outside, but also tend to have a very blunt, menacing, and violent side to them. They also often have troubled/tragic pasts, and those pasts often cause them to lash out at others (ie, having to see untold numbers of tragedies and atrocities for thousands of years, because of the role entrusted upon you), and also play a big role in how they see the world around them. Mumei, as a character, had to witness the most horrific events throughout the entirety of human history, so things like death, killing, and bloodshed became meaningless to her.

Among all the Dere's, I honestly can't tell which would fit Mumei's personality better, but if I have to say, "Mumeidere" sounds just about right

Mumei obviously isn't the tsundere type, also not kuudere. Yandere she does lean a bit towards but not by a big margin. So I say Mumei deserves her very own dere.

I'm a little confused by the distinct lack of mentions of Kronii in this comments section. Mumei has definitely played up the Yandere vibes there from time to time, particularly during the Kaela/Zeta collab when she threatened Kronii never to look at other owls. If people here are judging her behavior based on her interactions with chat or with people in general, then naturally yandere doesn't fit, but that's forgetting that these labels are meant to describe the behavior towards your crush specifically. Towards Kronii, she's shown both Yan and Dere sides on multiple occasions. I think the label fits just fine, personally. (Not that it's the only one that does, though. There are still arguments to be made for others, but I think this fits best at the present time)
